01
Who we are
RGB Pages is a UK-based AI and UX studio operated by Rajesh Kurikayar. For information collected through this website or an enquiry, RGB Pages is the data controller.
Questions about this notice or your personal information can be sent to admin@rgbpages.com.
02
Information we collect
We may receive your name, work email, organisation and anything you choose to include when you contact us. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit or store the form on this website.
Our hosting providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the enquiry form unless it is genuinely necessary.
03
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand a potential project, prepare proposals, manage professional relationships, keep the website secure and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the studio and responding to people who contact us. We do not sell personal information.
05
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, as required by UK data protection law.
06
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and relationship records only for as long as needed for the conversation, a resulting project, reasonable business records, dispute management and legal or tax requirements. We periodically remove information that is no longer needed. Technical logs are retained according to the relevant hosting provider’s settings and policies.
07
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, receive a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
To exercise a right, email admin@rgbpages.com. We may need to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
08
Security and changes
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect personal information, but no internet service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this notice when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain on this page with its revision date.
